An Emerging Field of Research

The Machine Leadership Journal is the industry's premier business journal supporting scholarly research in the emerging field of Machine Leadership. This includes The AI Innovation Frontier, the balance between Machine Autonomy versus Trust, and how AI competencies drive adoption. The Journal is focused on research that advances the understanding of AI leadership through frameworks, models, methods, and tools that AI leaders can use to optimize adoption in the Age of AI. The Journal is managed by an Editorial Board. All publications are subject to a robust review process and include DOI registration.

Submission Guidelines

The Machine Leadership Journal is issuing a Call for Papers for its 2025 publication. Proposals should be scholarly, comprehensive, and aligned with the emerging discipline of Machine Leadership. Submissions that include data analysis will require peer review to confirm reproducility and proper citation. The Editorial Board has established four steps for researchers submitting papers to the journal. For selected research, DOI registration, content marketing, and maintenance is handled by Machine Leadership as part of the publication process.

  • The emerging field of Machine Leadership is new. The Editorial Board does not place constraints on the breadth, depth, or history of the researcher. All submissions will be judged on their merits according to our Editorial guidelines. We encourage AI Research Scientists, Professors of Practice, and AI Industry Leaders to submit proposals.
