Data Privacy Approach
Machine Leadership takes your data privacy seriously. We adhere to the highest standards of data protection, storage, and dissemination. Our organization complies with relevant data regulations including but not limited to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As an organization that focuses exclusively on AI, we recognize the importance of data for participant development and decision-making. We recognize the trust that you’re providing our organization by taking this assessment.

Our approach to assessment data:
-
Our clients are trusting us with their professional development. In addition to complying with industry regulations, it’s critical that we make every effort to protect assessment results against unauthorized access and dissemination.

-
Our clients decide how their data should be utilized. After completing the MLTA®, clients have the choice to enroll in Elite Coaching with one of our organization’s certified AI executive coaches, pursue a certification, or utilize an outside vendor.

-
Any third-party vendor, data repository, or corporation that is seeking access to client data or is required to use it as part of a legitimate business purpose must adhere to our privacy policy. Furthermore, clients will be notified in advance of their data being collected about which third parties may be granted access. At any time, clients are allowed to modify, update, or revoke this access as part of the opt-in process.

-
Benchmark data shall be presented in aggregate form without Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or other data that may identify participants, their assessment scores, or AI preferences. The type of benchmarks may include items such as assessment summary scores, global and industry trends, and development priorities by job role.

-
Generative AI is NOT used to make coaching recommendations. Machine Leadership recognizes the important role of AI agents in driving workplace efficiency. Our certified executive AI coaches undergo rigorous training and pass an assessment to view your results. Though Generative AI may be used to inform best practices and as part of our training programs, the actual coaching process remains human centric.
