The company is committed to advancing the field of Machine Leadership through scholarly research, talent assessments, leadership courses, coaching, and AI consultancy. We value the trust that our clients provide to us and will always seek an equitable solution to challenges. In the event a client experiences issues with a billing cycle, digital product, assessment, course, or coaching session, we encourage them to contact info@machineleadership.com. Our team will make every effort to respond in a professional and timely manner.
Refund Policy
Machine Leadership is committed to providing an exceptional client experience. In situations where there are questions regarding a product or service, we encourage you to contact us at info@machineleadership.com. Our team will make the best effort to resolve the situation in a timely manner. For refund requests, membership cancellations are processed immediately. Product sales such as Exam Preparation Materials are final and not subject to refund. However, our technology team will assist in situations where a client is having difficulty downloading the digital file.

For the Machine Leadership Talent Assessment (MLTA) and Certified Machine Leadership Coach (CMLC) exam, refunds will not be processed once the client has initiated the assessment. However, our team will work with clients that experience technical difficulties to retake the exam or assessment as appropriate. Refunds are charged back to the card of the original purchase and take 30 business days to investigate, processes, and update the client's records.
Jurisdiction
Machine Leadership is an LLC formed in the State of Texas. Clients agree that disputes, claims, and mediation will be covered in the company's Texas jurisdiction.
