The Certified Executive AI Coach will provide the group use case in the meeting invite. Each session is tailored for a specific area of leadership such as AI strategy and adoption, integrating AI into the workforce, hiring world-class engineers, selecting technology vendors, and leading talent reviews. Each session is also aligned with the Member Plan. Researchers will have different discussions than AI Leaders or students.
Plenty of time will be provided for thoughtful dialogue and member networking. We want you to build relationships.

CMLC Certification
Learn how to utilize The Machine Leadership Talent Assessment (MLTA) and The AI Innovation Frontier to drive meaningful coaching programs for AI leaders and professionals responsible for AI adoption. This certification prepares coaches to engage leaders in deep technical areas in a way that drives effective leadership.
Process:
The Certified Machine Leadership Coach (CMLC) requires participants to pass a rigorous live proctored exam, complete coaching simulations in individual and group settings, and demonstrate knowledge of the AI industry.
Practical Application
Individual Coaching Sessions
Participants will complete simulated individual coaching sessions focusing on various client types such as AI Engineer, Robotics, MLOps, Cyber Security, Governance and Ethical AI.
Group Coaching Simulations
Candidates will shadow Certified AI Coaches as they conduct group coaching sessions for AI Leaders. Participants will also be able to practice in a simulated environment.
Development Planning
Candidates will assist Certified Coaches with the analysis and development planning for members and corporate clients that complete the Machine Leadership Talent Assessment (MLTA).
Exam
Live Proctor
The exam is administered using a live proctor setting. There are 135 questions covering eight topic areas over 2.25 hours. Participants must achieve a passing score of 80%.
AI Coaching Process
The topic areas include Machine Leadership's Code of Conduct, The AI Innovation Frontier, the AI coaching process, adoption strategies, and industry and job role knowledge.
Machine Leadership Talent Assessment (MLTA)
Competencies such as fluid intelligence, wayfinding, distance, depth, rotation, and folding are tested using innovative methods that align closely with AI specific tasks.
Maintaining Active Status
Due to the fast pace of AI Innovation, The Certified Machine Leadership Coach (CMLC) credential is active for two years. To renew, credential holders must maintain a threshold of AI coaching hours and contribute to the industry through conferences, speaking roles, or publications. Credential holders are required to maintain a record of good standing related to data privacy and Machine Leadership's Code of Conduct.
